Bob McDowell has a natural ability to bring people together and tap into people’s strengths as leaders. He recognized what our leadership gifts were, effectively posed reflective questions, and provided direction when needed to empower us as leaders to get our teams moving in the right direction. As a leadership coach, I can’t think of anyone who has been more influential in my leadership career.
