Long before graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a bachelor’s degree in Information Science & Technology and a minor in General Business, Sabrina knew she was passionate about driving change in education. At CESO, she loves being able to rethink what’s possible everyday with our clients. She previously worked repairing Chromebooks and Apple products for schools. She is a fan of concerts, games and puzzles, naps, outdoor activities and anything that lets her express her creativity. She also helps care for her two little brothers and her niece, who are all mini versions of herself.

With over 20 years of experience in technology implementation in both public and private businesses, David leads the technology vision for CESO overall and also provides leadership and direction for our clients. With a dedication to listening first to then find solutions that will work best, he can help make your district's technology simple and reliable.

Dennis is an education technology professional with more than 30 years of leadership in large public school districts and diverse experiences in planning, project management, and technical support.
