Caitlin is passionate about the world of education and has always enjoyed working in the school settings. Her career began with Spring Lake Park Schools where she held various roles including school-aged child care worker, ECFE staff member, Community Education Office Assistant, and temporary MARSS Coordinator. Later, she served as an Administrative Assistant supporting Special Education Due Process at Northeast Metro 916. It was there that she discovered her passion for special education and supporting educators and staff.

Most recently, Caitlin worked as a Business Analyst at Infinite Campus, specializing in Special Education and managing implementations across 25 states. In this role, she developed a deep appreciation for her clients and gained significant insight into State education departments, ensuring accurate special education documentation based on regulations.

Outside of work, Caitlin enjoys watching her two daughters play volleyball and softball, as well as traveling the coast-to-coast with her family.

Xang Lee first fell in love with technology through playing video games as a kid. After building his own computer in high school, he continued his education and graduated from Metropolitan State University with a degree in IT. He brings a strong customer service focus to his technology specialist role at CESO from his past experience as an IBM field technician. Xang's goal is to help clients feel empowered with technology capabilities across their districts.

Born and raised in Minnesota, he lives with his wife in St. Paul and enjoys all of the diversity and food the city has to offer. He is interested in a variety of music and often attends concerts and festivals with his family and friends. Unsurprisingly, he can still also be found playing video games.

Long before graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a bachelor’s degree in Information Science & Technology and a minor in General Business, Sabrina knew she was passionate about driving change in education. At CESO, she loves being able to rethink what’s possible everyday with our clients. She previously worked repairing Chromebooks and Apple products for schools. She is a fan of concerts, games and puzzles, naps, outdoor activities and anything that lets her express her creativity. She also helps care for her two little brothers and her niece, who are all mini versions of herself.

Dennis is an education technology professional with more than 30 years of leadership in large public school districts and diverse experiences in planning, project management, and technical support.
