Rylee Staffaroni is an Internal Creative Lead with a passion for bringing ideas to life through compelling visuals. With a background in both Marketing and Graphic Design, she brings a unique perspective to her work, always striving to align design strategies with organizational goals.

Since joining CESO in 2019, Rylee has supported school districts and organizations nationwide with their graphic design and communication needs. She specializes in blending artistic expression with strategic thinking to deliver impactful solutions across a variety of mediums. She loves the challenge of solving design problems and creating memorable brand experiences.

When she's not designing, Rylee loves nothing more than immersing herself in the great outdoors and dedicating her time to volunteering with youth.

Elyse Rethlake focuses on building our brand awareness with school districts across the country as well as implementing process improvements across CESO to increase our own efficiency and effectiveness. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the College of St. Benedict and over 15 years of sales and marketing experience in the home improvement and powersports industries. Energized by crafting marketing strategies to boost awareness and strengthen client loyalty, she merges her fresh perspective with CESO's expertise to create tailored marketing solutions. She is a member of the Federal Advocacy Committee and Legislative Policy Sub-Committee for the Minnesota Association of School Administrators (MASA).

She enjoys the local food and live music scenes and can often be found taking art classes, gardening, reading, trying (and failing) to make the perfect pie crust, and planning her next travel adventure.
