Scott LeSage, MBA, MAcc

Prior to joining the CESO Finance Team, Scott LeSage served as Executive Director of Finance and Operations at Wayzata Public Schools. He was responsible for leading the district's financial strategy while supervising operations in Finance, Accounting, Payroll, Budgeting, Audit, Food Service, Buildings & Grounds, Transportation, Student Accounting, and Safety & Security.

Scott brings more than a decade of experience in school finance and public sector leadership and has a strong reputation for aligning fiscal stewardship with educational excellence. In addition to his work at Wayzata Pubic Schools, he has served in senior financial and operations roles at Redwood Area Schools and Meeker & Wright Special Education Cooperative (MAWSECO).

Scott holds a Master of Accountancy from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management, a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership from Southwest Minnesota State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from St. Cloud State University.
