Laurel Anderson has had a lifelong connection to education beginning as a student in Osseo Area Schools before returning for a 30+ year career within the district after earning her undergraduate degree from Gustavus Adolphus College and her Master's from the University of Minnesota. Her experience as a math teacher and middle school principal developed her passion for empowering lifelong learning and led her to Human Resources roles where she focused on providing these opportunities district-wide.
In addition to her consulting work with CESO, she teaches math at Metro State University in St. Paul, Minnesota. When not working, she enjoys music, reading, staying active, and spending time at her cabin.
