Newly installed finance leadership team was tasked with not only establishing and sustaining staff culture, but also a completing a harrowing audit and stabilizing department functions.

To alleviate the stress of time constraints, CESO Finance team members worked closely with internal staff to complete various components of the pre-audit work, including the completion of necessary “work papers” to ensure the work was ready for the auditors to do their testing.
